After you have logged in to your Streetscape account, click the Sales tab and hover over the Reservations portal. Select the option to Request a Hold on a Unit from the Quicklinks menu as shown below.

Once in the Lot Reservations activity channel, you will see the Lot Summary page. There are two (2) ways to select the record you want to place on Hold.

1. Use the filter menu and search bar to find an available record quickly and easily. To place a unit on hold, click the green Request button.

2. Use the filter menu to select the Property and Phase, select the Go button and then select Map View window to view the whole phase at once.

  • To request a Hold in the map view, click an Available unit on the map and select the green Request button on the popup for the unit

After you have selected the Request button using either method noted above, you will be taken to the Lot Reservation Request Page. To ensure that you have met all of the requirements for this activity, please consult the Approving Authority's records using the Document Library. Clicking the Open Library button will open a new window or tab in your browser.

If you have all of the required forms and have reviewed the Approving Authority's Hold Policy, you can close this message and proceed to the request form.

Complete the request form as required. Ensure all required fields marked with an asterisk are filled in. At the bottom of the form, you can upload documents relating to your request including copies of deposit/hold cheques or signed Letters of Intent. Please review the Approving Authority's policy to ensure that you have supplied all the required documents.

Once completed, select the green Submit button at the bottom of the page to submit your request and notify the Approving Authority.

Note: Hold requests are generally subject to a two (2) week automatic expiry of approved Hold, renewable for an additional 2 weeks before expiry. Please confirm your Approving Authority's policy to confirm their policy.
