The Streetscape Library is a central location for all of the templates and relevant documents to an ongoing Property/Community. 

  • To create a new Streetscape Library item, select the Documents tab at the top of the page
  • Select the + New Library Item button on the top right-hand side of the page.

  • This next step seems a bit complicated so we've laid it out step by step below;
    1.  Select which Activity Types you want your Library item to appear in. To select multiple types, hold the Control button and click
    2. Tile you library item- this title will appear to everyone who has access to this item
    3. All Library items must be hosted on a cloud-based server. Paste the file path or file link to the file location on your cloud-based hosting system.
    4. Choose the type of item; (Ex. Folder, FIle, PDF, image, etc.)
    5. Select the Community/Phase/Lot you want this item to appear in. To select multiple properties/communities, hold the Control button and click. 
    6. Enter a brief description of the item's contents
    7. If you make the item internal, only members of your group will be able to view the contents
    8. Whew! We made it! Click the green Save button to add your library item.

  • You should now see your new item in the Documents tab. Items marked internal will be highlighted in orange.
