To manage the Notification emails you receive from Streetscape, follow these step by step instructions

  • From your dashboard or start-up page, hover over Your Name, and select My Settings
  • In the black tab bar, select NOTIFICATIONS


 
To add a new notification, select the Add New Notification button at the top of the page

  • Select the type of notification (on demand, daily/weekly/monthly summary), the Community and the Phase (or all phases).
  • The Activity Type Lot Status Changes will notify you any time a lot status is updated by a Team Member, an Approval Authority or the Approval Agent.
  • The Activity Type Locking Activities will notify you any time a lot is locked or unlocked by an Approval Authority or the Approval Agent.


 
Notifications can be toggled on and off by Activating or Deactivating the notification. 

  • To Deactivate (turn off) the notification type, select the checkbox and select the Deactivate button. The Notifications will not be deleted and can be activated (turned on) again at any time by selecting the same checkbox and instead selecting the Activate button.
